In the past month, we’ve seen an enormous amount of volatility in the global financial markets, mostly due to the subprime mortgage crisis and the collapse of the real estate bubble. The Passion of Dennis Kucinich
Dennis Kucinich can’t get no respect. First he was excluded from from a December 13th Democratic debate in Iowa, then he was not allowed to participate in the ABC sponsored debate in New Hampshire. In both cases, the sponsors of the debates claimed that Kucinich had not met the criteria for consideration as a serious […]

And while he continues to insist that he is not interested in another run for office, Mr. Gore had no problem faking out […]

John McCain’s Instant Karma
John McCain, long considered to be the frontrunner for the 2008 GOP presidential nomination, is suffering a bit of a setback after President Bush’s announcement last week that he would be sending 20,000 additional troops into Iraq, a plan now commonly referred to as the McCain Doctrine.
The Boston Herald reports today that new polling […]

War Drums at the Galactic Center
This past week, several of my favorite astrology blogs wrote about the Mars/Pluto conjunction that will be exact on January 13th. As if their coming together was not significant enough, the dynamic duo will be doing their dance at the Galactic Center.
Mars and Pluto represent Force and Power. When they come together you can get […]

The year is almost at an end. It has been an exciting year astrologically, and, with much still unsettled in the world, it will continue to be so into the new one.
One of the more significant upcoming events is the imminent conjunction of Pluto to the Galactic Center which makes its debut on December 28th. […]
